Refund policy

You can exchange your order within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Orders are eligible for exchange if:

  • The garment is unworn and unwashed

  • Security tags and labels are still attached

  • The item is in its original packaging

You can exchange your item for a different size or a different design entirely, subject to stock availability.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • If the replacement item is cheaper, the difference is credited to your ANARCX wallet.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference before the exchange is processed.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or that no longer have tags and labels attached, are not eligible for exchange or wallet credit.

Exchanges and wallet credits typically take 7 to 8 working days to process, plus delivery time to your area.
